Abstract: This work explored the normative dimensions of the Carreón Labor Commitment Scale (2016). A non-experimental study was conducted with a non-probabilistic selection of 104 health professionals and social workers in community centers and institutes. We found a factorial structure of three main axes with a Promax rotation that explained 42% of the total variance. Still, the research design limited the results to that scenario, suggesting the inclusion of allusive factors to the emotional dimension to increase the percentage of variance explained.
